Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
UK delivery
- England, Scotland and Wales: FREE standard delivery, 2–4 working days
- Northern Ireland: £5.99, 2–4 working days
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day, and orders placed after 2pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
During Black Friday, Christmas and other busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
European delivery
- EU countries: £19.99, 2–11 working days
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import VAT or customs charges.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and we will provide a return label. See our Refund Policy for details.
